Wiring 3 LED Saloon Lights to one switch

Your link doesn't work.

The best way is the easiest way. If it is easier to run three cables from the switch, do that. If it is easier to go from the switch to light A, then light B then light C, do that. As for cable, .75mm 2 core flex should be fine for three LED lights, unless they are abnormally powerful.

The "best" way to wire them will depend upon their positions relative to each other. It may be more convenient to wire each individually to the switch panel or it may be more convenient to "daisy chain" them in a single linear spur.

Gauge of wire in theory will depend on the current and its length. Whatever wire is used the circuit should have a fuse just large enough to supply the current that all three take but below the safe working current capacity of the wiring.
From a purely electrical point of view 0.5mm² ( 3 A) twin flex may well be adequate

Anyways two will be Starboard and one accroos on port so quite some distance maybe easier to run individual wires.

On another electrical wiring question I have install 4 dual socket 12v cigarette/usb points throughout the boat. I understand from another post that I definately do not wire theses up together. How can I ensure that I dont end up using 8 switches on the boat. Could I in any way install another bus bar or something. Need the plug access so need a solution

Connect the 12v sockets to a single switch, rated at least 20a, with a 20a fuse after the switch. Use cable rated for at least 20a, with allowances for voltage drop. This works fine if the sockets are not all going to be used with "heavy" loads at the same time, in which case the fuse will blow. If heavy loads are expected or the sockets are at either end of the boat, split them up.

You can also use a single switch to supply a four way blade fuse panel, then fit separate fuses for each socket. Wiring from the fuse only needs rating for an individual socket, usually 15a max, but i'd fir 20a fuses if heavy loads are planned to allow for any current surge, such as 12v vacuum etc. The wiring from the switch to the fuse panel, (and the switch) need to be rated for the combined load of the four sockets and an appropriate fuse fitted close to the switch, unless the fuse panel is very close.

Another option is to leave the switch out and just fuse them with a blade fuse panel.

The USB sockets can be similarly wired, using appropriately smaller fuses and cable.
 
16awg would be fine and wired in parallel with the switch in the positive supply line to the first light.
 
I fitted one of these lights to my forecabin and it's surprisingly bright. I have this plus 2 reading lights in this area.
