Wireless from yacht to marina

I wonder how many people try to connect their laptop or onboard PC to the the local wireless network and find the signal too weak. I have just bought this aerialand it works a treat. In Ocean Village MArina I had the aerial next to the chart table and pointed it to the cinema and found an unencrypted network

It was definitely £49.99 at Maplin last night when I looked after reading the original post from Richard, but when I tried to order it this morning, it has gone up by £10. Intriguing!
 
Do you think the web site software is good enough to register a significant change in hits for a given item and up the price? Supply and demand!

I read these with interest ...,as I have about 100m from my wifi unit in the house to my boat mooring in my canal ... so hoping that I can sort connection there ...
