Hi all I was wondering is it ok to wire a single socket and double socket with 3usbs. From a 16amp mcb to a junction Box then from junction box to single socket then junction Box to double socket as shown in the diagram.

Yes but wire it in 2.5mm2.

As an alternative, you could daisy-chain them, wire into one socket, then on to the next.

This would be a better solution than using a junction box.

As with other suggestions don't use JB's just daisy chain from one socket to the next. JB's just add extra joints which can give problems.
More importantly. I trust that there is an RCD of some description in the circuit!
