Course, had BJB leaped in earlier and said, “I’m afraid that’s actually incorrect according to LakeRegs Rule 9d” (the 'Slam-dunk' argument) he would then have been in such a position to successfully claim it regardless. But he can't now 'cos I've just ruined it for him.
