Winter Storage in Poole Harbour

Can anyone suggest storage for a 28 foot yacht in the Poole harbour area?

I need somewhere where I can do all the "little" winter jobs that you promise yourself you'll do!

Also an indication of cost would be apreciated!

Have you tried Cobbs Quay, or Davis's Yard which is next door to Cobbs?
