Winter storage (covered+heated) in Rotterdam

I'm looking for places to store my 36' Grand Banks for the winter in Rotterdam, inside + heated. Googling doesn't bring up much and the one offer I have received seems to be expensive (eur 2,900 for August-March). Anyone know of good and price-competitive options? It can be within 30nm distance of Rotterdam but not further away.

You could consider these facilities. They are within the range you mention. The facilities are quite new and they have good capacity. I'm afraid the price you've noted will be similar for these facilities (maybe a bit less). Most of them keep a close watch at each other, so prices are comparable. I'm using these facilities myself for the past 7 years or so by the way. From Rotterdam it's about 20 mins. by car. By boat a good part of a day as there are some bridges to cross.
