Winter lay Up - new sailor

Sorry if this is old ground; I have read reference to check lists for winter lay up (dry) but am unable to find it.

Can anybody direct me or provide such a list?

I am undecided about things like: removing sails, leaving batteries on charge or not and looking ahead step by step guide to anti-fouling (removing previous layers filling chips etc)
