Winter haul-out destinations southern Italy

I’m looking for somewhere to haul out for the winter or maybe on a 1 year contract. Say ideally somewhere in the area bounded by Rome, Sardinia, Sicily and the heel of Italy.

Plenty of in-the-water options, but whilst not absolutely necessary I’d prefer to be out. I don’t know Italian boating well yet and would appreciate recommendations of a good, safe, clean and fairly priced spot. When on the boat I’d be moving around, so I don’t really need a marina home. A 77’ boat.
