It's not that matey. Most marinas charge approximately the same for their berths. Ergo its more a question of which one suits you in terms of distance from your home.
Bankside moorings off riparian owners are somewhat scarce especially one that has risers to cope with any winter flooding.
So as you can see you posed a question that is difficult to give an answer too.

Depends also on where you want to moor , there is a marina at Tedders , pontoon moorings in the weirstream . Secure gated access , water and electricity ... £220 per metre per year.
Owning a 1930s wooden boat and while in Holland last summer read an add for overwintering undercover. Got a price and signed up to see how Lazy Days would fare being out off the water so long.
The boat was lifted out, HP washed offand put on a state of the arts trailor, transported to a spotlessly clean shed. Set on chocks and support frames, batteries disconnected, petrol cans, genny and gas bottles removed.
The storage period end of Sept 07 till end May 08 Total cost EU 1,200.
Yes the seams opened up a bit, but they open up on a hot summers day on the Thames anyway, not that we get many.
It took us two days to fill the seams and give her a coat of paint. The last overwinter on the Medway took two weeks of hard work to get her shipshape again so there was a saving there of both time and material.
The boat is now in Ramsgate waiting for these lows to pass, then it's over the channel and up to Yerseke for another winter. The sheds are ultra secure and climate controled to 5 deg. So no need to drain down water tanks or anti-freeze the engines so another saving. Plus not one spec of mould on the furnishings and the electrics all worked on switch on something thats never happened before.
