Winter air intake flaps / blanks

Hi, hope this make sense!! can anyone advise if the 1990 Fairline 41/43 was built with air intake shut off flaps for winterisation? If so how do I access them please

I had a 43/45 many years ago and it didn't have these. It did however have very rusty fuel tanks that sat below the vents!

i cant seem to find any, so i'm guessing they aren't fitted! i do seem to have some water ingress and wonder if it has come from the vents - need to do more investigation
