Wing 25 remove shoe from skeg

Trying to remove shoe from skeg. Middle of shoe glassed in Removed that. Two stainless fasteners pass through shoe in to skeg. The fasteners do not protrude from the shoe - no nut/ threaded section. All advice welcome. Cheers. Will have another go at uploading picture.

Re your stainless fasteners, are they effectively like rivets?
No sign of a photo yet......

You need to save or copy it as a smaller sized file - lower the resolution and/or decrease overall photo size.
