windy 30 ft

i have been looking to buy a windy 30ft cruiser built 1976 but is fitted with twin 200 hp volvos on 280 legs . fitted 1990. i have checked the boat over and for an old boat its very good. it has a large cockpit which my wife and i will use for fishing.
can anybody give me info on this model sea keeping capabilities etc and what sort of performance and fuel consumption. any help?
