Any ideas on sourcing.

If you don't have any joy with the Denmark supplier, I have used sealsdirect.co.uk for making up windows on my last boat.
It was a few years ago but I seem to recollect that they were knowledgeable (about marine installation) and helpful. Just checked their web site and .... "for parcels over 2Kg to worldwide locations prices are available on request."
Good luck with the windows.

E-Bay ......... "rubber seals"

Great! Very helpful, only 23000 results to look through! What you may not realise is that the rubber section used on Bjerg/Ertec screens is quite complex, with a U-shaped channel and 45 degree angled lips which overlap the edge of the alloy extrusion.

You need to go online to coh-baines where you will find all their profiles as .PDF which you can print off. take a small sliver cross section of your rubber and match nearest.

I think that they sell it by the metre.

SealsDirect sent me out a selection of ?free? Samples for me to check before buying. They also said I could send them my old seals to match but they were too distorted and damaged.
It sounds like the OP may be looking for a supplier who specialses in his yacht make bit hopefully, this will prove useful to anyone who is Googling "yacht window seals" in the future.

Yes that describes our seal with the 45degree but Ertec said they dont match ours.will follow up with the other posts.
