Is there anywhere you can get a pre-fabricated screen for a motorboat that you could just bolt on to the top of the cabin?

Not really, because they're all different shapes/sizes. You could buy fittings from www.vetus.nl and then buy the perspex and make one, or you find one on another boat you like and buy it as a spare part from the OEM supplier, quite likely Trend Marine in Norfolk, or you could commission one from these guys or similar http://www.sunlightplastics.co.uk/category.asp?p=Marine
