The website is nothing to do with the RAF but a fair bit of the data comes from RAF stations. Data also comes from civil airports, weather buoys and the coastguard. In effect all reliable and accurate sources.

As I live not far from one of the airfields I've found it a good source of a reliable pressure reading for checking the barometer.

No, but you would have to pay for it if you want more.

Presume the data is copyright. I guess annual astronomical data is not published free for the same reason (though there are reckoners on the Web).

Anyway, it's fine for me - almanac is on the boat when I'm at home.

The UKHO has copyright on tidal harmonics, and doesn't allow tidal predictions for over one week to be published.

There is a discussion on this point from last year here.
