Window seals on Fisher wheelhouse

Anybody know how to change the seals on the sliding parts of a Fisher wheelhouse window ? It seems that to do this I have to lift the sliding glass out but the glass will only come out if I dismantle the whole frame by drilling out the pop rivets at the mid point junctions . Surely there is an easier way ?

Dont know the answer as such, but I'm taking out the forward facing window (with the vertical sliding panel) from my F25 in the next couple of weeks to send off for glass replacement and a refurb. If it becomes more obvious when I've taken it out I'll let you know.
