following a thread i started saturday about a bit of an incident we had over the weekend - now to find the spares...
So currently 1 part of a window frame is bent - im not sure if it'll straighten out enough to be used again and give a decent seal. can you buy spare lengths of the alloy frame to cut to size somewhere?
I dont have a close up but its this window (not our boat but same model)
it doesnt open/slide purely a fixed effort. The rubbers look ok although im assuming its best to fit new for the sake of a few pence on a length while your fitting new perspex?
Ideally i dont want to have to order a new window at the other 3 sides look un touched - just struggling to locate the stuff on the net. Not sure if its a generic piece or not but i believe it was built in 1976 if that'd help narrow down the possible frame styles used.
