Ha! Yes! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

What threw me was the lighthouse - I had a senior moment and thought it should have been on the other end of the island if looking from the Portishead side. I must check when I take SWMBO to work in Weston tomorrow /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

What's my prize by the way?? /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

The prize is as much as you can drink in my local, before closing tonight /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Only if they have moved it. . Its out on the estuary between Portishead Marina and Portishead point. It must get quite a bashing in bad weather at highwater.

Of course (adopting a superior nasal accent).. here in France, it would not be a problem. Being civilized, our windows open inwards....

BTW, careful study reveals a bad case of rising damp.... /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

It´s called The Saltings and is on the coast at Portishead just downstream from Portishead Pier. It used to be a Victorian Bath House and is now 2 dwellings, one of which belongs to a member of Portishead Cruising Club.
