Leroy Sommer seem to be based in France but have a British branch in Skemersdale near liverpool. They can get parts but you have to know what you want and if you get it wrong 'tough'. They cannot help with technical information. You will do better if you can talk French as the guys there seem to know more, possibly building them, but they do not speak English and refer you to the UK branch.
