Wind + Solar Generators?

Was thinking about this Rutland 503 kit which comes with solar panel, wind turbine and a controller unit for two batteries. Any good?

High prices...

The products are OK, but you'll find you can get the same kit elsewhere at lower prices than that "package deal" price. As an example, compare the prices at JG Technologies, whose prices include delivery.

Agree with pvb, kit good but I know you can do better elsewhere. I got the 503 from JG Tech, and 2 x 22w panels from Northern engineering.

well you could save £100 or so by getting the hrs 12 regulator instead. that will handle a solar panel up to 100w.
i`ve got the 503 and hrs 12 and very pleased with it after one season. i`d be looking to add a solar next spring.
got mine from jg tech as well. pleased with price and service.
