Winches:Antal 40+Harken 40

I have stripped down both of these winches and would like to replace all roller bearings, plastic washers, pawls and springs. Does anyone know where these items can be purchased in the UK, Spain or France? i have downloaded the pdf drawing for the Antal but the pdf for the Harken is proving more difficult, it keeps quoting the 40.2 which doesn't seem quite the same, any help here would also be appreciated.
