Will a YSE 8 gearbox mate with a 1gm10?

Anyone know if a Yanmar yse 8 gearbox would mate up with a IGM10 motor if I asked it to? Would like to know before taking everything apart. Would much appreciate info......Cheers.....R

Not sure but i think the yse series have a wet clutch and the 1gm are dry,so i do not think so.

Hi....thanks for those comments....I spent most of Sunday crawling around and you are right, the bolt pitch circle is much bigger on the YSE flange. Cheers....R
