Just back from a few days on the new boat.First time the wife had seen the boat so was pleased it received a good pass mark.Comments like "although its a samll boat it has lots of room" was good and the ensuite toilet was approved. The galley was appoved for its compactness yet useability;everything met with sweetness and light!!We even bought some cushions .

does she have a sister?

I thought from previous posts that it was his SWMBO's idea to start with ?

Pics, come on, Pics please !

My wife gave her blessing to ours too. She likes the hot running water, fridge, heating, big dining table, more than enough space to stow things (and children), and lack of drips on her head while she's asleep - in a nutshell, I think that's what a chick friendly boat needs.

Don't be cheeky - we have throws on our saloon berth/settees. (Mainly because the covers were all new a few years ago and it keeps them looking clean and nice...)

Only when you take the throws off.

I too am blessed with a wife who now loves her sailing since her GP prescribed Scopoderm to combat her seasickness.
Problem is mine has got way past the need to buy just a few cushions, it's now carpets!
OK I admit we have some carpets as well - but only in the fore and aft cabins... and in the passageway to the aft cabin... and a turtle mat at the foot of the companionway...

The Asda marine/fine furnishings Dept usually has some particularly fine cushionery offerings at around 2 for 8beertokens, in a range of corduroys and weave/colours to suit most yacht interiors.

Having sorted that, I am sure mr Mogy realises just how good are the hostelries around his berth for feeding and wining mrs Mogy and ensuing continued feelgood thoughts aboard.

Great weather helps too eh! 

Indeed we have sampled various hostilites and the fish and chips was praised!Comeing back to soft furnishings I have to admit I once owned a small yacht for which I bought a white shag pile rug ,totally impractical but nice under foot!

A white shag pile carpet...Were you photoed on it your birthday suit??(if so, please post the pic..)
My first reaction to the posts was ' Dead man walking' But it seems you are slightly more adept at putting your case. Hope yet..
