the diet, I landed up putting on weight but have now lost that and am hoping to keep loosing it. anyone else still going strong or succeeding. need some competition here.

I havent had a drink or chocolate or spuds for I week, lost 6 pounds and am miserable,

I'm well on target for my aim of getting down from 28 stone to 12.5 stone by Mercury, having lost almost exactly 10 stone so far.

I have lost 20 pounds since january, sstill going strong, wwill lose at least another 20 before stoppinbg, ask pauline, I am a shadow!!!

Got one of those 'total gym' thingys.. A freind brought it but didnt have the strength to get it out of the box, so he gave it to me. I did have the strength so I've been give it a go. I do feel a bit better have a couple of days. Now I've got it together, the total gym' thingy that is. Now I'll try some to use it.. WATCH THIS SPACE...or not!

Got down to 14 stone 2pounds yesterday but dont ask wht I am today as have had big sunday roast with choc cake afterwards.

So not doing too badly. Will soon make an extra effort to lose that extra stone.

Were missing important stats here?

I have been doing very well in the gym amd on the road but my 14 stone has only got to 13.5 and i don't seem to budge!

Still I'll keep on trying.
