I think that is a Gunboat. Built for people with more money than sense. Only a matter of time before one goes over.

Big weight, relatively short mast and relatively small sail area. Would require stupidity, very big winds combined with very big waves.

All the comments about the rig plus the shallow draft long keel on a cruising cat, it allows the yacht to slip sideways and dissipate the forces. Adds to leeway of course.
