who has/ is it just me

Who has done their day skipper/yachtmaster theory classes, can remember at the begining of the season what they were taught,
Is it just me hitting middle age or do other find it can take a week or so to get back in the swing again! Ploting courses and passage planning. [being good because of SOLAS regs] And well the GPS Chartplotter that takes several nights of button pushing , normally ending with a bottle of wine [ keys hard to see then] untill I have remembered how to make a waypoint followed by two evenings on how to delete it again!
So is it just me???

Well it may not be all of us, but i certainly am rusty after a a lay-off. and who can remember all those lights that I.D. craft at night! i cant remember them after 5 mins!.
