No - sadly I haven't forgotten.

5' 9" and 14 stone.

Would like to be 12 stone. Giving up drinking red wine in the week (Monday night through to Thursday night inclusive). That'll cut out one bottle per day for 4 days of the week - and its 600 calories per bottle!!

And I'll continue or step up the running.

difficult to tell - I can't get a meaningfull reference as they don't seem to go up to my current weight whatsoever......... /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

and before some bright spark points out it's going to be easier for the very overweight to loose a few pounds can I just hightlight the fact that if it was that easy we wouldn't be very overweight!!!!

Somewhat bizarrely I think this may give me a target - to get down to a weight actually on their damm chart at all; namely 200lbs. This may however take more than 4 months /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Atkins! I know it's all out of favour these days, but I came down from 95Kg to 73Kg in four months. Never hungry, big bog-off cooked brekkie every day. Can't be beaten - cholesterol improved, blood pressure improved, felt great. My gym partner dropped from 23st to 17 doing it over 6 months.

227.5lbs officially weighed in hospital where I've been with pneumonia since last Tuesday. Did get down to 218 before I saw a doctor. My ideal weight is 189lb, but I don't belive in miracles.
