Who for Marine Electronics in Dartmouth area

I need to find someone who can help me fit a new Pictograph to my Elan Impression yacht. This is connected to the breakers and lights up green LED's to show which Navigation lights are on and working.

The new part has been supplied by Elan and can be seen here.

The problem is that it is different to the old one and I am just not confident with wiring in LED's etc and none of the wires are identified.

Old part is shown in photo attached.

Does anyone know who I could contact to do this type of work for me in Dartmouth / Devon area.
