Who are Euro Yacht Brokerage ???

Why are they allowed to advertise on YBW and not show the yachts for sale without filling in some form or other?? I would have thought that they would have wished to show their offerings to 'the casual browser'? Do their clients realise that any one interested in a yacht would like to see it and the spec. before necessarily contacting the brokerage for further info?
What do you guys/gals think?

I always just type some random letters with an @ sign, so I don't give my details away!

It a good way to find boats in france.
