Paul you said we could have some typical Welsh cuisine created in your new galley, apparently its fagots mushy peas and chips /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif ?, is this rite, can we, come on
Cockles were not invented in wales - they just came here.... drifted on the prevailing SW winds from Cornwall.
Larva bread - that comes from Cornish tin miners who used to sit on their loaves whilst they eat their pasty and sucked their mushy peas - when they came to eat it it was really flat and tasty of course...... amazing what comes from that part of the world......... /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
As opposed to Lava Bread, which really is Welsh, and doesn't come from Cornwall, and isn't even bread, but very yummy despite the green colour and squelchy consistency /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
Noooo! no ..... no ......
Everything bad in Wales drifted there from Cornwall - even the inability to spell Lava bread - a forgivable sin because of its Cornish origins.
It was probably some tin miners who ended up down a coal mine that introduced it over here ....
I can never remember as a lad having any volcano’s in Wales, I rang my mother she cant neither she can vaguely remember a fire breathing Dragon from Llantrisant, so I cant see why you think Lava bread came from Wales /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
