Has anyone tried Maucour circular rope cutters? The fishermen around south west Wales say they are very effective, any thoughts?

Had circular ones on a previous boat but not sure of which brand. As far as I know we didn't encounter any net or rope with them but they didn't deal particularly well with plastic sheeting or an abandoned life vest (hopefully its owner was elsewhere!). Other boats have had spurs types.

I have QuicKutters on the basis the RNLI use them, and they have minimal drag.
