Which Paint Did Richard Hare Recommend?

Can anyone remember the brand of matt/silk paint that Richard Hare recommended for interior woodwork? It was in a PBO article a while back (several years maybe?).
Anyone elso got any good suggestions? I will be using it for painting the interior of lockers etc and gloss is a bit garish in my opinion.

IIRC it was a generic recommendation , but one of the brands was Sadolin Superdec. He also used it as a primer for external use, although it is not really waterproof, so required overcoating.
