Which Marina is this

Now this maybe a Long shot but does anyone recognise this marina ?
I believe it is on the South Coast

The wildest of guesses, based solely on the shape and colour of roofs in the photo, the countryside in the background and memories from some years ago....
Port Pendennis Marina Falmouth?

On second thoughts perhaps not. The buildings in the background looked a bit like Events Square, but they have too many windows.

Looking at the second photo rules out my Port Pendennis guess. Looks too much like a Housing Estate with a Boat Park..

I wish it was for Sale - Just wanted to know which marina it was - As when I do get one I plan to keep it on the South Coast.

It’s rather like hotel California -you can check in but never leave . It’s sadly gone down hill since creation but handy if you have rubbish to dump for the tip is nearby . The lock can be a pain to escape through when it becomes fulled booked for escape slots. Handy cinema and chandlery at marine super store for wet days. Slight draft issues but not for a mobo. If I had a smart Targa I might choose Ocean Village at Soton to create a wake down Soton Water wheares not so favoured in harbour. Or maybe it fits under a road bridge up the Hamble. Looks a nice mobo though compare to slab sided sealines.

Well I thought Port Solent, but I wasn't quite sure. It's one of the few marinas I've been in and out of more than once.

I did say - when I first saw the post.

I agree its Portsdown .... the only problem I'm having is relating the photo orientation .. the roof's ... the building to left and Portsdown

Agree, Looked a bit strange to me and I only live about a mile away! I had a look on sat view, google maps to get some sense of direction.
