Which F size are my fenders?

Hi,
My fenders are approx 200mm x 700mm and I need to know what the F size is as I would like to cover them up (very grubby) with some nice navy blue fender socks.
This in mind who sells the best value socks?

Don't buy them from the fenda-sox web site. It looks like a UK site, the prices are in GBP, but they actually come from the US, take ages to come, and you get stung for duty, tax and the carriers admin fee. They don't tell you any of this on the web site.
