I would'nt be banking on the weather if I were them! The thought of lycra clad effiminate nancy dancers gyrating wildly on the end of rope being lashed by horizontal rain driven by an atlantic storm amuses me! Would be worth every penny

It's actually a "Which" testing session, comparing the durability of a bowline with that of a figure of eight. The round turn and two half hitches had, sadly, failed some time ago.

We watched night time aerial ballet at the Bristol Harbour Festival a few years ago.They had only the dancer illuminated suspended under a black baloon on a black rope towed by a blacked out motorboat. After she finished her routine the fireworks display started,very impressive.
I have however written to the harbour master complaining that not only was the boat unlit contravening colregs but why no male dancers ,disabled dancers or ethnic minorities represented.... /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
