Well, the sign says Ruhnu which is an island in the Gulf of Riva in the Baltic Sea.

The 'sailor's resthome' was near Capelas on the island of Sao Miguel in the Azores.

The port is Ponta Delgada.

I thought it was easy in the end. Surprised.

Perhaps most cruisers passing through don't hire cars.
