It's the tall brick wall behind it that has me wondering - can't think of many places I have been with a dockside wall like that. Tico's profile says West Wales - The only big walls I know of in the Milford Haven are Neyland or Milford or Hobbs Point.

A lot of us think duct tape is very nautical - in some places it is called 'old gaffer tape'.
