Yes. "offdartsm" is a fictional part of the UK only used on RYA training charts. It has particular relevance to the exercise on plotting the Shipping Forecast, where it refers to a sea area described as "Calm. 1032 rising slowly. Visibility good" Obviously a fantasy.

Well, I see a lot of her at the mo, but all of the 'having my face inches from the woodwork' now will result in her being shiny and afloat by mid april.. hopefully. And then I can relax and just sail her.
