Where can I get stainless steel wire to replace the knackered stuff on my davits?

Simon, you should be able to purchase this from any Chandler. Makes sure however that the required splicing is done unless you know someone who can wire splice.

I had mine done by Solent Rigging in Shamrock Quay.
Very reasonable.
