We arrived in Argostoli from Syracusa on Sun to find they have no DEPKA forms left. Does anyone know where the forms are currently available?

Nothing new. Just ask every port you enter. You may have more luck in Levkas or Preveza. Further north Sivota/Mourtos usually have them.
