Looking at the possibility of chartering own motorcruiser (13m) on day trips in the solent, guess I would need one crew to aid when mooring etc. SWMBO not interested, the obvious solution is pull in friends or volunteers but this doesnt sound too reliable to me when paying customers are involved. For example you are booked to charter a boat load of customers and your crew doesnt arrive.
