My boat is at Southdown Marina which is owned by Huggins and they suggested crane out and in with the associated costs, does Carbeile wharf dry out?

How about calling the harbourmaster and asking him. A friend of mine repainted his fishing boat alongside Mayflower Steps on a low spring tide. Can't imagine he paid anything!!
