I need a banjo fitting to fit an oil sump pump. The sump plug is M14 then I want it to go to copper pipe to my brass pump via a shut off valve.
Trouble is, all the M14 banjo fittings I've seen go to a hose tail not compression fitting for copper tube. Any ideas where I can buy what I'm after in a quantity of one at a sensible price?

SBD 10-ML is M14

Hmm... Thanks! Might be okay. Do you reckon the face that would go against my sump (via a copper washer) looks okay? It seems quite narrow donyou think its meant for a flat surface or some other kind of hydraulic fitting?

Copper washer would seal that against the sump. Don't forget hydraulic fittings are for high pressure 1000 psi and up.

I have used low pressure pneumatic brass banjos for mine. This was the first on I found on google.

Heres some where else

Take your pick

they do also do then in metric sizes.

ASPS onlt seem to have banjo bolts for specific applications. Any hydraulic or pneumatic equipment supplier will have the complete banjo fitting in all kind of sizes and specifications.

When I fitted a new fuel tank, I called them up and they were really helpful, I'm not sure that they list everything on their website and will probably be able to advise and source any parts. It's an option anyway :)

Thanks for all the responses guys. However, the only link that actually seems to be what I'm after is the very first one that rogershaw sent...

The wade brass fittings are not m14 so won't fit my sump and the other links take me to websites but I can't see any details of a m14 banjo compression fitting?

ASAP would be great as I already have an account with them but I can't see that they sell it either?

I've emailed parkers so waiting to hear back from them....

If we knew where you are located we may be able to help you find a local to you supplier

I'm nowhere near the boat - west Oxfordshire. There is a decent hydraulics place on a nearby industrial estate I once used for some work on a navtec backstay tensioner.... I might give them a call
