That was around lunchtime on the 15th August this summer I was waiting at the Largs slip for the ferry to Cumbrae. You must have been the bloke with the Canon SLR photographing the workmen - thought it was a bit odd.
Edit: It was a long shot ... I'm only sure about the EOS500D and 15.08.2011 at 13:13 - I thought the angle was to block out the rest of the pier but the handrail on the right is just visible and it all reminded me of Largs. Ho hum ... off to bed, work tomorrow.

Iona ferry at Iona side.
The sign said "cleaning", but it was actually repairs to holes. Maybe that the only sign they had.
Took several hours to use up that one wheelbarrowload of hand mixed concrete. I wonder how long that repair would last?
