I purchased a Hunter 410 last summer. It has a Yanmar 4JH3E deisel engine. I can't locate the zinc anode. There is no mention in the manual about it. Can anyone help me with this problem?
where is zinc anode in Yanmar 4JH3E

Who says it has one. It wont if its fresh water cooled, but the heat exchanger probably will have.

I had the same question on my Yanmar. To the best of my knowledge, and Tonto Marine at Galmpton, there is no anode.

I have a 4JH 2E ,And i am sure there are no anodes at all on the engine ,and i've look very hard for one, Just bonded to main hull anode via a bonding wire from the engine block.

None on a 3JH2 either, confirmed to me by Yanmar.
