Where is your boat - Google earth?

Not enough detail on Google Earth to find mine.

There's a photo looking towards our mooring on PBO's Broadband section, but it must have been taken several years ago - or while we were out playing - because our boat's not there.

Yep found mine.
Nice to see all the fenders and warps are still there....
Reminds me I must attend to that small tear in the sprayhood.. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

We very bizarrely found ours in her berth in the marina and in Cowes too.

P'raps she has an Evil Twin. Is this the first case of boaty identity theft? /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Yes. It must have been taken last winter as she's ashore. Pity they don't give the date of the images.

The West country is pretty blurred but have you noticed how little detail there is on the more out-of the way places like the Azores & Canaries?

Chris, to see the date that a photo was taken, tick a few appropriate DG Coverage boxes - down the bottom of the layers section on the left.

Ooerr. In the Cowes pic I'm almost certain that one of us is on the pontoon talking to our friends on the boat adjacent, which is spooky as I remember the day clearly.

Yep:

44°02'05.11'' N
10°02'25.92'' E

As for double identity, pictures are taken and added over a couple of years period, so may be one was taken when boat at harbour and the ather when away in other spot.

Cheers,
Gianenrico

Errr - not quite. Can see my apartment in Tenerife, and even count the cars parked there that day. Most of the major islands come up at hign resolution on my set up. But I agree some of the more remote islands and areas are little more than fuzzy blobs.

Errr - not quite. Can see the holiday apartment I've booked on Tenerife, and even count the cars parked there that day. Most of the major islands come up at hign resolution on my set up. But I agree some of the more remote islands and areas are little more than fuzzy blobs. But so is my home town on the S Coast! But I knew that anyway from living here /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

if that was before december you should look again - big updates for lots of England and the Scottish cities - have not checked for Brighton though
