Crikey, that was a pure guess - But recently visited Cape Point (Cape of Good Hope) & the old lighthouse there is a metal 'Hodbarrow' job albeit a slightly larger model from the budding lighthouse keepers catalogue- makers plaque stated some foundry in Greenwich I think.
