I ran some old fuel through my engine by mistake and my boat mechanic things its maybe dirties u the carbs a bit.

So he told me to open a screw at the bottom of the carb and us my manual ball pump on the fuel line to see if it clears it (and if not he will come and sort for me - the engine cuts out on idle).

Can someone show me where the carb is on these pics and maybe the screw?

There appears to be a disconnected hose with its free end near to what you now know is the carb. I am not familiar with your engine but think that it should be held in the clip by the label for engine oil and connected to an opening above the carb. It is even possible that this is causing your problem.
