Where is the best place to sell your old boat

In September 2013 i sold my Bavaria 29 Sport via Appollo Duck.
In September 2015 i sold my Nimbis Nova 27s via the Yacht Market.

Iirc the Appollo Duck advert cost £25 for approx 3 months - including a few photos.
The Yacht Market cost £75.

Had a few enquiries for the Bav ( one from Sweden) ,took about 3 months before i found a buyer. Similar timeframe for the Nimbus but just one enquiry- viewed / survey /taken away all within 6 days:)

Now looking for a MF645 / 695 / Beneteau 680 - just to mess around on the water:)

As a recent buyer I really disliked Apollo Duck and gave up looking there. Awful layout, tiny miserable quality gallery photos, full size pix still tiny and no zoom, clumsy and unreliable search, it all conspired to make it an unattractive experience. Even the good boats on there struggled to look good.

Thought that the Yacht Market was much better but (obviously) the standard of adverts (pix, descriptions, specs) still varied.

All imho of course.

Sold two boats via Boatsandoutboards. Prepared sales listings to e-mail to interested parties with good detail and pics and it worked for us. Boats were a Broom Ocean 37 and a Fairline Targa 35.
