Where is the best place to see dolphins in north and South Ionian ?

Would love to see some Dolphins on our next trip .
We are going mid October .
Any suggestions ?

We've just seen a pod (is that the correct term?) feeding off a shoal of fish just north of Voniza. Otherwise, this year, we've seen very few.

As Tony says the Gulf Of Amvraki is as good a place as any. There's a pod resident in the gulf: we've often seen them as we potter about the place. Lots of other wildlife as well, especially birds at this time of year. We saw pelicans here for the first time last year for example.

Last Saturday we ate in the Marina taverna, on the front. It was full of locals, which is a promising sign.
